Prepare for the spookiest family concert you've ever seen! Gather your little witches and wizards, scary skeletons, and ghosts galore for the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra's Halloween Spooktacular! Conductor William R. Langley leads a supernatural soundtrack to the most frightfully fun night of the year.

Atlanta Symphony Orchestra welcomes back Georgia's own Roderick Cox for a rousing program of Barber, John Adams and Rachmaninoff. Barber's Adagio for Strings is a moving work characterized by its slow, mournful melodies and rich, sorrowful harmonies. Following on from that is John Adams' Doctor Atomic Symphony, an orchestral adaptation of his 2005 opera set during the USA's first atomic tests in 1945. The program closes with Rachmaninoff's rich final work, Symphonic Dances.

Black Jacket Symphony specialise in bringing classic albums to life on stage, playing them front to back with a chosen set of musicians, who recreate the records note for note. Experience your favorite albums as if it was the very first time in this unique concert experience! Artists covered include anything from Eagles to AC/DC. In 2009, Billboard Magazine named Boney James the Jazz Musician of the Decade and the tremendously talented saxophonist certainly lives up to that moniker. While seen as a forerunner of the smooth jazz movement, Boney's style of playing combines pop and RnB and his style is often seen as grittier and more textured than the easy-listening genre.
