Beethoven Brilliance

Atlanta Symphony Orchestra turn up the volume for the Beethoven Festival, showcasing the composer's under-rated Second Symphony and finishing with a showstopping recital of his unforgettable Fifth Symphony. Conducted by Nathalie Stutzmann, it's set to be a rousing addition to the festival!  

Beethoven's Second is an energetic work showcasing the composer's spirit during his early career. Composed in 1802, it contrasts moments of lyrical beauty with almost humorous passages, reflecting the composer's defiance in the face of his encroaching deafness.
