America's foremost jazz outfit head back out on tour

A truly international outfit, the SF Jazz Collective are made of eight soloists, composers and bandleaders, all bringing together their prodigious skills into one place to represent the genre at its most modern and best. Hailing from the likes of New Zealand, the USA and Israel, these talented jazz stars are heading out on tour across the States in 2016 will treat fans with brand-new works as well as performing new arrangements of the music by the late great Michael Jackson!

The SF Jazz Collective came about in 2004 to both celebrate the history of jazz as well as bringing it up to date for brand-new audiences. As well as recording the award-winning album Wonder: The Songs of Stevie Wonder in 2014, they perform in San Francisco for a multi-week run annually as well as touring the country. This tour, they welcome newcomer Sean Jones on trumpet to the Collective.
