Monty Python's Spamalot

Why see Monty Python's Spamalot?

Always Look On The Bright Side Of Life

The three-time Tony winner Spamalot is on its way across North America in a huge national tour! From the genius minds of Monty Python, Spamalot is lovingly 'ripped-off' from the internationally famous Python film, Monthy Python and the Holy Grail. Rejoin our knights of old as they head out to find the precious relic in this high-octane and vividly hilarious, all singing, all dancing musical!

Telling the legendary tale of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table, Monty Python's Spamalot features "a chorus line of legless knights, men in tights (with legs), killer rabbits and sexy dancing divas." The production also promises "some of the most unforgettable musical numbers you will ever see in the theater on this evening!"

Best Production of SPAMALOT I've ever seen!

I'm amazed by this production of Spamalot. I'm an avid theatre goer and after having watched the original Broadway cast, the Broadway Revival and a couple of regional theatres doing their renditions of Spamalot I can assure you that this National Tour is by far the BEST version you'll ever seen. The cast's energy is just contagious, the acting, the dialect, the costumes, scenery...ALL on point! Leslie Jackson is amazing as Lady of the Lake, with incredible vocal range, and solid acting chops. I also have to give props to all the Knights of the round table, they will make you laugh until your belly hurts. The choreography is also perfection, and it really adds to the humor of the show. Among very talented cast members the Featured Dancer Mateus Barbosa da Silva was definitely one of the highlights of the show. He wasn't just impeccable on his dancing but he also had perfect comedic timing (which I find it hard to see in dancers nowadays). If you have the opportunity go watch them before they finish the tour! ... Read more

Hilarious Fun - Loved it!

Had a magical evening watching Spamalot! Cast was fantastic, the show quick paced and witty, with every number leaving you giggling and laughing. Managed to capture the essence of the movie, but weaved in new material to keep things fresh. Got to watch it with 3 generations of family, all loved it, and honestly one of the most enjoyable experiences I have had in a long time - Highly Recommend!!!!! Thank you Spamalot team and the Tobin center for a wonderful night!! ... Read more

Absolutely joyful!

I saw the original Broadway production, with all of the original cast members, and I can say with out a doubt in my mind that this cast out shines the original BY FAR! Why? Joy. You can see the joy of the experience in the eyes of everyone on stage. They genuinely want to share this experience. They make you laugh, because they truly love being up there - something that is missing from many vetted actors on Broadway. Arthur and his four knights are especially funny! It's amazing how truthful they can make the absurd! Special commendation has to go to Adam Grabau (Lancelot), who is absolutely unrecognizable as each of his different characters - and gives one of the funniest performances I've ever seen in my life!!! Bravo!!! Thank you for such an amazing night!!! ... Read more
